Avesso is a 75-minute documentary feature film project for television and film about rape and the feminine condition in our day from the look of women victims of sexual abuse.


The film follows six Brazilian women who chose the Muslim religion and who tell why they converted and decided to wear the Hijab, the Islamic veil.


Born a socially man, in the interior of Paraíba, northeast Brazil, a Franciscan order, she assumed the transsexuality and turned her into a cause to fight.
